Welcome to SaaS Insights! You’re here because you most probably have a Shopify app (or two) and want greater insight into your apps performance via metrics and analytics. You’ve come to the right place!
We’ve made it super easy for you to connect your Shopify app to our insights tool.
Getting started is easy!
Firstly be sure to sign up and you’ll be granted a 14-day free trial.
When logging in for the first time you’ll be presented with instructions showing how to provide us with your Shopify Partner Account ID and an API key. The great news is that if that doesn’t make much sense to you, no worries, we provide step-by-step instructions!
Once these details are supplied, SaaS Insights goes out to Shopify and collects the information needed to give you the insights you’re here for.
How long this takes can vary depending the age of your apps, the amount of transactions and amount of user events. We’ll email you once the import is complete.
Once the import is complete, our insight metrics will be available.
Secondarily, but not any less important, to gain insights into how your apps are performing in the Shopify App Store, you’ll want to setup our Analytics features. To start this process click on the Analytics link in the navigation menu.
Again, you’ll be presented with instructions detailing how to integrate your Shopify App Store analytics with SaaS Insights.
