Yes, you need to have a partner account to connect SaaS Insights to the API.
Can I connect two Shopify Partner accounts?
No, you can only connect one Shopify Partner account at this time. Please contact us if this is a feature you are interested in.
Data
How often do you load the data?
The data is loaded roughly every 1 hour. You can see more information on loaded data here.
Billing
How do I cancel my subscription?
All you need to do is log into SaaS Insights > hover over your profile > click on “Settings” > go to “Plan & billing” > click the “Cancel my plan” button.
How do I update my card details?
All you need to do is log into SaaS Insights > hover over your profile > click on “Settings” > go to “Plan & billing” > go to the “Payment method” section > click the “Edit” button.
How can I get an invoice for my subscriptions?
All you need to do is log into SaaS Insights > hover over your profile > click on “Settings” > go to “Plan & billing” > go to the “Billing history” section > click the “View receipt” button.
Can you remove the VAT charge if my company is VAT registered?
Our company is based in the Isle of Man and this is not possible. We need to collect VAT and you will need to claim the VAT charge back on your next VAT return.
