The calculation
ARR is calculated directly from the MRR amount X 12 (months) = ARR.
One-time fees are not included in the ARR. We will soon be releasing an update which allows you to include or not include the one-time fees in your ARR calculation.
The payment processing transaction fees and the regulatory processing fees are removed from the ARR. These fees are calculated in the MRR calculation.
