How often do we update your data?

SaaS Insights syncs data with Shopify roughly every 1 hour.

We’re always making fine adjustments to make a better tool for tracking metrics and analytics. It’s really important to have the latest data when you can.

Delays in refreshing data can be caused by:

• API delays with Shopify
• Updates to the SaaS Insights application
• Server issues or updates
• An overload of sign-ups can cause delays in processing.

How long does it take to import my Shopify Partner data to SaaS Insights?

Shopify only allows us to import data at a set rate. That means we cannot speed up the process and we need to import data at the rate Shopify allows us.

There are too many variables to say for certain. If you have years of data and a bunch of apps, it could take many hours, if you don’t have much, then it could take 30 minutes.
